Additional Costs & Disbursements
While our base fees cover the notarisation of your documents, certain matters involve external costs or additional time. We ensure absolute transparency; therefore, all potential costs are discussed and quoted in advance of your appointment.
- Travel Fees: Mobile visits to your home or office are charged based on time and distance from our office in Bishop's Stortford
- Apostille & Legalisation: Fees for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or various Consulates are treated as disbursements
- Urgent Appointments: Same-day, evening, or weekend service may incur a priority fee which will be clearly outlined
- Third-Party Costs: Translation services, courier fees, and corporate registry search fees will be passed on at cost where applicable.

Our Fees: Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the notarial act. For complex matters, partial payment may be requested in advance of drafting.
When
We accept bank transfers and all major debit or credit cards. A secure payment link will be included in your invoice.
How

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a fee. We strive to be flexible and will reschedule without charge where possible. Please note card payments include a small service fee.
Policy
